We do not accept returns of opened and used perfume bottles.
Used skin care products and perfume oils.

You can return items up to 15 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your item, please send us an email at talk@etherparfum.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
